The rooms were very clean , tidy and wide. Receptionists was realy freindly. The underground station was very close and the basic neccesities were close as well.
It is somewhat far from the center and the area is not very accessible by buses but it was easy by the underground about an hour. There was no mini bar and the room price was not including the breakfast.

The excellent service and cleanliness of the hotel and not to mention the comfortable bed!!
The tube was closed so it was a bit of a trek into central London but not the hotels fault, nothing to moan about the hotel!

Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Booked family room as no doubles available. Convenient for Tube. Good range of large stores nearby.
Poor car parking. On 24 hour pay and display site although hotel guests do get discount. Coffee machine made excellent coffee but out of action for three days. Big hotel chain should have engineer access at all times. Premier Inns advertise £29 per night rooms on signs at this hotel but this price is not available at this or any other Premier Inns London hotels therefore a misleading advert. Regular police/ambulance sirens throughout the night. Worse if room at front and you like the window open for fresh air! Air conditioning fan too noisy to leave on all night.

It had a Starbucks across the road!
Where do I begin: receptionist wasn't able To trouble shoot a cashier problem with my card. There was nothing wrong with it, but she insisted that it was. Had to call long distance and visa told me it was their system! She didn't seem to Care! Next: the bed had a wrapper between the sheets which means to me that there wasnt new sheets put on them..

The hotel staff- especially reception and dining room- were polite, considerate and helpful. Ours was only a one-night stay but the whole experience was relaxing and without hassle.
My wife and I were in South London on business and the hotel was a very convenient stopover. Our only concern was the limited car-parking.
